Welcome to the Bay View Middle School choir program. I am excited to share with you the many opportunities for our singers this year. Within this webpage you will be able to view information on our upcoming field trip to Aladdin, December 9, 2022 at 7:30pm, concert dates and information about show choir, select choir and variety show. Important Dates: 2022-2023
September 21- Bay View Idol Auditions- after school until done
October 6- Bay View Idol Performance (not choir, but solo competition)
October 24- District Festival of choirs (REQUIRED)
November 3- Musical Information meeting- BV auditorium 6:30pm
December 1- Show Choir, Jazz Band and Rock Orchestra Performance at Bay View Gym- 7:00pm (extra curricular)
December 2 & 3- Musical Auditions (not choir, but extra-curricular option)
December 9- Choir field trip to Fox Cities PAC- Aladdin (see field trip tab for more info)
December 12- Choir Winter Concert at Bay Port PAC 7:00pm (REQUIRED). Electronic Program
February 11- Howard Suamico Music Festival- At Bay View, variety of times (optional solo/ensemble)
Feb 21- Bay View Honors Recital (chosen by the music festival clinicians)
March 9, 10,11- Bay View Musical Performances
May 22- Choir Spring Concert and Award Ceremony (REQUIRED)
